Choosing a Realtor®
Your Premier Properties broker or salesperson will interview you seeking information which will help him/her locate the right properties for your inspection. This should include your needs, wants and desires as they relate to location, size, etc. The better we know you, the better can we can do to serve, advise and guide you. He or she will also explain the different ways in which you can be represented during the process and ultimate real estate transaction.

Pre-Qualify for a Mortgage
Your real estate professional can assist you with referrals to financing specialists who will help determine the price range in which you will be looking for a property. They will also provide you with a Letter of Pre-Qualification which will help position you well when you find the property you would like to purchase.
Exploring Opportunities - Viewing Properties
Your Realtor® will introduce you to properties that appear to meet your desires chosen from all the properties available through the Multiple Listing Service. This eliminates duplication and wasted effort. They can also assist you with new home construction as well as properties offered “for sale by owner.”
The Purchase Agreement - Negotiating Favorable Price and Terms
When you have selected the home of your choice, your Realtor® will assist you in preparing a purchase offer. This most critical document will spell out in detail the rights and duties of the respective parties, as well as the various considerations pertaining to any real estate transaction. Typical among consideration will be:

- Financing - type, amount, etc.
- End date for mortgage commitment
- Appraisal
- Closing Date & Time of Possession
- Inclusions and Exclusions

Once these decisions have been made, artful skill of negotiation begins for the broker or salesperson with whom you are dealing. Your Premier Properties representative will present and discuss the offer with the seller’s representative. When all negotiations have been brought to a successful conclusion, you are ready for ….
The Follow Through to Closing
Upon the acceptance of an offer to purchase, following through is a function our experienced firm has performed hundreds of time. Our job is to schedule the inspections/testing outlined within the contract, to see that the contingencies are met in a timely manner and to guide you through any obstacles that may present themselves during the inspection/testing/financing process. We eliminate the guess work and skillfully coordinate all the details needed to take you to a smooth closing.
The Closing
Once all the elements are in place, we focus our efforts on synchronizing your move and serving as your guide through the final maze of pro-rations, usage fees, possession time, closing statements, etc. We strive for no surprises and will provide you copies of title work and all closing documents as soon as they are obtained. We will also provide answers to any questions that you have about the documents or information contained therein. You will leave the closing table secure in the knowledge that your entire transaction was handled as expertly and efficiently as possible.
